As if things weren't bad enough
a computer crash at the GSSC
created a backlog of eleven thousand bookings.
Our petition is the only way to
let them know that this is unacceptable. If they had
everything under control, a computer crash might have been
acceptable but the cliché, "Adding insult to injury"
comes to mind.
