Article 11 - Desperation Leads to phoning the call center every 30 minutes

We struggled on regularly asking for more test appointments. Everybody was forced to phone the call centre every half hour from Monday to Friday in the vain hope of obtaining an appointment. We as Driving Instructors as well as the public had had it by this time. The authorities knew it too!
